$159 covers the consultation, EKG, and labs described above. If you and your physician decide to move forward with a program, any medications, meal-replacement products, or ongoing program fees are quoted to you separately and clearly — before you agree to anything.
No. This is a self-pay offer, so no insurance is required. It is not billed to insurance, and it isn't available to Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal healthcare program beneficiaries.
